Exciting news. Myself, Ooh la lapin and artist Lee Casey are creating and hosting an exhibition. The theme is heroes, as a cheeky nod to the wonderful hosts at ROOM 237 on Elm Grove. We are all creating completely new work for this event. Anyhow all you need to know is that the preview night is Wednesday 7th March, 7pm until 10pm. Art, Music courtesy of C.O.R and GOOD TIMES! If your lucky you might snap up some food and drink donated by Fezziwigs! GET INVOLVED X

He Flinches Ash
"Brothers" Is a poem created over many years by my friend (and poet) Markus Lloyd. As a little collaboration I have begun to illustrate said poem. They are all available to buy as a limited print run. Currently being exhibited at aspex art gallery christmas show in gallery two "Must Have Been Something You Said" and University of Portsmouths 'For Sale 2011' exhibition.
The show officially opens this Thursday which coincides with aspex after hours event, a spoken word/open mic night which is usually pretty good fun.

"Brothers" illustrated poetry
"Brothers" Is a poem created over many years by my friend (and poet) Markus Lloyd. As a little collaboration I have begun to illustrate said poem.
They will both be available as a signed limited run print at the Aspex gallery affordable art fair in september.
These prints and initial creations are just the beginnings of a larger project and collaboration to illustrate the entire poem.
I have used various found textures and ephemera, alongside my own hand drawn images. i have also included the original section of poetry relative to each image.
I hope you enjoy x
